Returns

miss twirler is happy for you to return anything within 14 days of pruchase if any prodcut is faulty.

miss twirler cannot execept returns on personalised items.(unless faulty)

miss twirler holds no resonsiblity for spelling mistakes or errors if you have not sent personalized information.

all personalized information will be confirmed within 48hours of information recieved.

miss twirler can offer refunds or credit notes on faulty goods only.

payments

miss twirler accepts all types of payments. cheque are made payable to misstwirler and products will be designed, made shipped, and sent after the payment has cleared.

 all purchases are subject to a confirmation email and the miss twirler reserves the right to refuse orders without reason and will make a full refund of the price paid.
 
miss twirlers requires desposists for orders over 10 items.
